My whole apartment flooded while I was out of town and Campus Way did nothing. The flood was their fault and I had thousands of dollars worth of items destroyed - never to be recouped by them. They took days to respond to messages, took zero responsibility and were all around extremely difficult to work with. I would not recommend living here to anyone.
response from property -Thank you for your feedback. While we understand your frustration, I do want to clarify the facts surrounding the situation for the sake of transparency.
Our team was made aware of the issue over the weekend and responded promptly. Although you were out of town, we were in direct communication with your father about the matter. By Monday morning, our maintenance supervisor, landscaping team, and I personally inspected the area in question.
Based on our inspection, and as discussed with you via email and in person, there is no indication that the sprinkler system caused the flooding. Your unit sits on a slope, and water from the sprinklers would not travel uphill. Additionally, the upstairs unit experienced no flooding, which further supports that the water did not originate from above. Our maintenance supervisor reported there was minimal water present—far less than what would be required to cause the level of damage you’ve described.
We take these concerns seriously and have done our best to address them. We also explained our property’s insurance policy, which covers the building only. This is why we encourage all residents to obtain renter’s insurance through their personal insurance (such as auto insurers that offer bundled coverage). This protects your personal belongings, including electronics.
Despite not being responsible for the incident, we still offered assistance—specifically by having our IT specialist evaluate the laptop you claimed was damaged.
We always strive to support our residents and respond quickly and appropriately to concerns. In this case, we did everything we could to investigate and assist, and we’re sorry that you feel otherwise.

|Recommended: YesGood place to live — Things are well maintained, the staff are on top of things and quick to get back to you. Good community of people. Not far from campus, it's an easy 15 minute walk to classes. Parking can be hard to find on the street if you don't have a pass.

|Recommended: YesGreat layout, some unfinished construction but still awesome — The apartments are great, the staff is awesome. A little bit of unfinished construction, but really nothing crazy. Its very easy to get ahold of the office, and the common recreation room is awesome.

|Recommended: YesAverage Apartments, Too Expensive, Great Ward, Poor Plumbing and Little Storage — I would say that the layout is nice. The water temperature is unreliable. Maintenance responds quickly. It sucks that you have to pay 15 for parking EVERY MONTH. Also, there is nowhere for guests to park except the street which is always packed. There is no like closet to store stuff in besides your clothes in your room. The bedrooms have no space at all. You will need to buy extra shelving for kitchen storage for 6 people.
